Mentoring

Mentoring

Doug's curiosity of bees started at a young age, and his love of bees and passion for beekeeping has grown over the past 20+ years.

As a life-long learner, he is continually learning, researching, reading and studying about bees. Completing the Master Beekeeping program through the University of Montana, launched a new chapter of more in-depth study and research.

Doug loves learning from other beekeepers and walking alongside beginning, new and curious beekeepers, as well as future and non-beekeepers, to help them experience successful beekeeping. Regardless of how many colonies you have, or don't have, if you would like to talk bees, beekeeping or a possible mentoring relationship, don't hesitate to reach out.

Currently, Woodland Creek Honey Farm has three growing apiaries with two additional apiaries in the works for 2024. We like getting people up close and working hands on with bees. .
